1) Do you accept credit/debit card payments?
Yes we do. Each truck has a mobile card payment terminal onboard, so on completion of the job we can take payment quickly and easily.
2) Can you dispose of unwanted stuff for me?
Quite often customers have a chest of drawers or some old carpet that they need to take with them, but don’t want to keep. We charge £30 per item for its legal, safe disposal at a waste transfer station. Fridges carry a £50 charge due to the high cost of their disposal.
3) What if I need to cancel?
Please give us at a minimum 24 hours notice if you wish to make a cancellation.
4) Are my things insured?
Yes they are. Our goods in transit insurance covers the total value of the client's items for up to £20,000. We also have professional indemnity insurance for the customer's property up to £5,000,000.
5) Do you operate nationally?
Yes we do. Please call our office for a quote, or see our national removals page for a guideline to price. We can move you from the South East to any part of the United Kingdom. We charge £3.50 a mile for two guys and £2.90 a mile for one guy. This includes all labour, and fuel.
6) Can you store stuff for me?
Yes we can take your stuff to a Self storage depot of your choice, and when it is time for you to recollect your belongings we will pick them up for you.
7) What will fit?
0800moveme use large luton vans and packed well they takes a lot of stuff. They will easily take the belongings of one person, comfortably take the possessions of two people, and can usually take three people’s stuff.
