After finishing University, Julian Fearon- London Removals Company 0800Moveme founder- sells a house up in Newcastle and needs to take his belongings down to Cornwall. He uses the Yellow Pages to find a removals company for his move. He goes for the cheapest quote!
A rusty old banger turns up. Julian's belongings are unloaded by the removals company the next day in Cornwall. Many items are missing, including a Buddha head! Julian is appalled, and surprised- Do removal men really go in for Buddha heads?
Late September 2006
After a few jobs in London Julian is wondering what to do next with his life. He remembers his bad experience getting his stuff down to Cornwall. He vows to bring a quality removals service to London. 0800Moveme is born.
October 2nd 2006
Daisy the LDV van is purchased
Julian becomes a removal man starting to operate the removals company 0800MoveMe.
October 4th 2006
The first removals job comes in. At this stage the company focuses on small removals, rather than the larger London removals and office removals.
March 2007
Caio and Ricardo the Brazilians join the 0800MoveMe removals company full time and soon prove to be courteous, hard working, friendly and an asset to the 0800MoveMe removals company team.
July 2007
Sue and Anne the new Iveco vans are purchased & the 0800MoveMe London Removals Service begins to expand. Proper office space and a depot is let.
December 2007
Over 800 removals jobs successfully completed by London based removals company 0800MoveMe.
June 2008
Will and Bret, a larger than life Kiwi, join the team full time and soon prove to be assets to the company. Over 1500 London removals jobs successfully completed.
March 2009
0800Moveme removals service is going from stength to strength with over 2000 removals jobs successfully completed
